Cứng khớp cổ tay là gì?

Cổ tay gồm nhiều khớp nhỏ đóng vai trò gắn kết các xương cổ tay với nhau, xương cổ tay với xương cẳng tay hoặc với xương bàn tay. Nếu tần suất hoạt động cổ tay quá ít, không chỉ khớp bị xơ cứng mà các mô mềm cũng giảm khả năng hỗ trợ đáng kể.

Điều này góp phần gia tăng áp lực lên các khớp mỗi khi cổ tay cử động. Khi đó, cường độ đau nhức và tê cứng khớp cổ tay lại càng có nguy cơ tăng dần theo thời gian.

– Tập gấp duỗi cổ tay: Tay bệnh nhân ở tư thế gấp khuỷu 90, KTV dùng ngón trỏ và ngón giữa tay phải giữ ngón cái bệnh nhân và để ngón cái tay mình trên mu tay bệnh nhân, bàn tay trái nắm giữ cẳng tay bệnh nhân. Sau đó KTV tiến hành gấp cổ tay về phía lòng và duỗi cổ tay về phía mu.

– Tập nghiêng trụ và nghiêng quay: Tư thế như tập gấp duỗi cổ tay, rồi nghiêng cổ tay bệnh nhân về phía xương trụ và xương quay.

– Kéo giãn khớp cổ tay: KTV một tay giữ chặt cẳng tay, một tay nắm bàn tay bệnh nhân rồi kéo lực vừa phải dọc theo chiều dài cẳng tay.

Bệnh nhân chủ động tự tập

– Tập vận động chủ động: bệnh nhân tự làm các động tác gấp, duỗi, nghiêng cổ tay đến hết tầm vận động.
