Cứng khớp khuỷu tay là gì?
Cứng khớp khuỷu tay có thể xảy ra ở các vị trí như khuỷu tay, cổ tay, ngón tay đau nhức, xơ cứng, khiến cho người mắc bệnh không thể thực hiện được các thao tác đơn giản như cầm nắm đồ vật hoặc thực hiện các hoạt động cuộc sống hàng ngày.

Dưới đây là một số nguyên nhân gây ra tình trạng cứng khớp khuỷu tay.
Viêm khớp dạng thấp: Tình trạng rối loạn tự miễn trong cơ thể khiến cho các khớp dễ bị viêm nhiễm và xơ cứng. Những bệnh nhân bị viêm khớp dạng thấp thường xuyên phải đối mặt với tình trạng đau cứng khớp, nhất là vào mỗi buổi sáng khi vừa thức dậy.
Thoái hoá khớp: Bệnh thoái hóa khớp thường xảy ra ở những bệnh nhân trên 60 tuổi. Đây cũng chính là một nguyên nhân phổ biến gây cứng khớp khuỷu tay. Hơn nữa, với những trường hợp bị viêm khớp, tổn thương khớp về lâu dài sẽ khiến sụn khớp bị bào mòn và không được bảo vệ từ đó khiến cho người bệnh thường xuyên bị đau khớp và cứng khớp.
Gout: Những bệnh nhân mắc bệnh Gout thường có xu hướng tích tụ acid uric trong máu. Đây chính là nguyên nhân khiến các ngón chân hay khớp chân của người bệnh bị sưng to. Từ đó, khiến bệnh nhân bị đau cứng khớp, cảm giác rõ ràng hơn vào mỗi buổi sáng.
Những bài tập có thể áp dụng
Những bài tập cho cứng khớp khuỷu tay đều nhằm mục đích cải thiện tình trạng đau nhức, giúp cho các khớp được hoạt động linh hoạt và dễ dàng hơn. Dưới đây là một số bài tập gợi ý cho bạn.
Bài tập gấp duỗi: Bệnh nhân nằm thẳng và tự thực hiện các động tác gấp khớp khuỷu tay lên hết khả năng vận động của mình. Bài tập này giúp kéo giãn cơ và giúp cho khớp khuỷu tay được linh hoạt hơn.
Ngoài ra bệnh nhân cũng có thể tập chống đẩy bằng cách dùng 2 tay bám vào mộc bậc thang hoặc có thể tập với tạ, theo mức độ tăng dần. Trọng lượng của tạ có thể giúp ép khớp khuỷu tay đang bị hạn chế vận động co duỗi tốt hơn. Bên cạnh đó, bệnh nhân có thể sử dụng khung ép chuyên dụng để tập mỗi ngày để khắc phục sự hạn chế của khuỷu tay trong khả năng vận động tầm gấp.
Bệnh nhân có thể thực hiện các bài tập chức năng kết hợp với một số bài tập lực kéo của tay, bài tập vận động đẩy kết hợp, hoặc một số bài tập bắt ném bóng hoặc đánh bóng bàn để khuỷu tay trở nên linh hoạt hơn. Tuy nhiên, tất cả các bài tập đều phải được sự hướng dẫn của các hướng dẫn viên chuyên nghiệp để tránh các sang chấn nguy hiểm.
